The best hair salon in Leeds, ‘Hair at the Park’, is the ideal place to enjoy a relaxing atmosphere. Indeed many clients say they feel particularly relaxed after having their hair styled at Hair at the Park. The reason? One of the senior stylists, Cathy Foote, is also a gifted healer.
Cathy and business partner Karen McHale run their salon from the Sebastian Coe Health Club at the Ramada Leeds Parkway Hotel, Otley Road, Bramhope. Their clients not only get the benefit of first class high quality hair styling, they also enjoy having a ‘gifted’ senior stylist working at the studio.
Cathy set up the hair studio in January 2004 and she specialises as an expert colour technician using Matrix colours. She is a PARTY HAIR! specialist and Bridal design stylist. Cathy has also been the Kids Academy hairdresser for the last 7 years. Karen joined the studio in May 2007 and specialises in cutting and finishing for both ladies and gents.
Where appropriate, Cathy is happy to share her healing gift with her clients. She explains: “Many healers naturally find themselves working with people and of course hairdressers always work in close proximity as their clients. Often they discover they develop a knowledge and understanding of people that comes from a spiritual path – rather than just the practicalities of hairdressing.”
The studio is fresh, clean and modern. Cathy and Karen aim to make every client feel special and experience a personal, professional, pampering session. Time is given to consultation – the studio lends itself to this as it has only two client working stations.
