The treatment usually takes between 3 and 5 hours. There are many different processes to go through and Cathy Foote is a Matrix Optismooth specialist and experienced consultant. Cathy will work soley on your hair to achieve the best possible result. So bring a good book along and maybe your lunch! Sleek Look shampoo and conditioner is recommended for use after the straightening treatment.

As a hair straightening specialist I always take an initial strand test. If your hair has got any colour or other chemical treatment remaining in it your hair could be extreamly fragile. If this is the case your hair will need to be treated with extra special care, by someone who knows the product and has had many years of experience within the industry.
